We are Digital Marketing Solution Pvt. Ltd. (DMS) that provides a wide range of digital services online. We are looking for a Business Development Manager(Urgent). The person will be responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to develop our business growth. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. The ideal candidate has a passion for business development & growth. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.

  • Mandatory Rules Before Joining
  • At least 6 months contact in the hard joining letter pad as a developer
  • You must accept at least 1 or 2 months as a promotion period before confirming your job.
  • You must have practical experience of at least 1 or 2 years as a business development manager.
  • Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends,
  • Customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • 0-1 year experience in a digital marketing or creative role or relevant internship experience preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing creative formats & best practices - experience with paid social, display, video and other formats preferred.
  • Experience with file management (e.g. Box, Google Drive) in a professional environment is a plus
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

  • Candidate who lives in Uttara will get preferred. Weekend: Friday
